An Ode to Music

We're on our poetry unit in English, and I had to write an "ode to..." poem as an assignment. This is it:

Ode to Music

Sound waves
Gliding
Through the air
Notes, flowing
Together,
Forming that perfect harmony.
Pure voices
Ringing
Calling out,
Filling the empty spaces
Of our hearts.
Beautiful voices
The words of angels
Fill the air.
Ultimate peace
Special moments
Memories
Places
People..
Serving
As a reminder,
Bringing joy,
Laughter,
Pure bliss,
Hope
To all who hear its harmony.
One world,
One home.
So different,
Yet still the same.
Joining together
